Mameloďi Sundowns’ dominance over Kaizer Chiefs continued as they beat Amakhosi 2-1 in a Betway Premiership match at the FNB Stadium in Nasrec, Johannesburg, on Saturday afternoon.
Chiefs forward Ranga Chivaviro broke the deadlock when he beat Sundowns goalkeeper Ronwen Williams in the ninth minute.
Brazilian Lucas Ribeiro Costa equalised for the Brazilians in the 31st minute. Six minutes later, Iqraam Rayners put the Brazilians ahead beating Amakhosi goalkeeper Fiacre Ntwari from a Ribeiro cross.
The Tshwane giants remain unbeaten as they have won their three opening matches while Amakhosi have won twice and lost once.
