Xaba Promotions matchmaker Lwandile ‘Jazz’ Ntsitho is in a ‘stable condition’ at an unnamed East London hospital.
Ntsitho landed in hospital following a car accident on Sunday evening, Xaba Promotions announced on its Facebook page.
“Jazz was involved in a terrible accident. He is, however, stable in hospital. Your well wishes and prayers will indeed go a long way in lifting his fighting spirit,” Xaba Promotions said in a statement.
Ntsitho was one of the nominees for the 2023 Matchmaker of the Year award at the South African Boxing Awards. He competed for the award with Luyanda Kana Ephraim Simba and eventual winner Abbey Mnisi.
