Moroccan side Wydad Athletic Club confirmed on Tuesday afternoon that coach Rulani Mokwena’s contract will be terminated at the end of this season.
Mokwena’s deal will be cut short at the end of the Moroccan Botola Pro League season even though it’s left with two years before it expires.
With three games left before they wrap up the season, Wydad gave Mokwena a ‘special leave’. They said that they did so ‘due to the significant psychological pressures he has experienced recently’.
