KwaZulu-Natal boxer Ntethelelo ‘Baby G’ Nkosi is not scared of Italian opponent Fiorenzo Priolo as he knows what to do when they meet in the third round of the WBC Grand Prix in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Nkosi, a former South African junior-welterweight titlist, will collide with the unbeaten Priolo in the quarter-finals of the tournament at the Global Theatre Boulevard Riyadh City in Riyadh on Wednesday, 13 August.

“He’s a good boxer and I respect him like I always do with all my opponents. He has a good record. However, I don’t think he’s gonna be a problem. I’m ready for him,” Nkosi said.

Mtubatuba-born Nkosi reached the quarter-finals of the competition following wins over Ju Wu from China in June and Egyptian Marwan Muhamad Madboly almost four months ago. The 28-year-old Nkosi will take to his next fight a record of nine wins with five knockouts and two losses.

Meanwhile, Priolo from Torino, Italy, is a brilliant fighter who has won all his 11 fights with five of those wins coming from stoppages.
