The marriage between Colin ‘Nomakanjani’ Nathan’s NO DOUBT Management and unbeaten Eastern Cape boxer Asekho Nocele has come to an end.
This was confirmed by both Nathan and the Mthatha-born Nocele, who has fought twice, defeating Lopez Maluleke and Sinesipho Mhlahlo this year.
“He sent me a message when I was overseas and I sat down with him when I came back. I then released him. Everything was done legally and I wish him all the best,” Nathan said.
Nocele joined NO Doubt Management after he won the World Boxing Federation (WBF) International bantamweight title in September last year.
Contacted for comment, Nocele said: “Yes, I’m not there anymore. We decided to go our separate ways. I’m now being train1ed by Mzuvukile Magwaza and Matthew Leisching promotes me.” – Monwabisi Jimlongo
