Kaizer Chiefs won their second match on the trot as they defeated Polokwane City 1-0 in a Betway Premiership match at the FNB Stadium in Nasrec, Johannesburg, on Wednesday evening.

Former SuperSport United and Orlando Pirates midfielder Siphesihle Ndlovu scored the all-important goal in the 79th minute. Amakhosi beat Stellenbosch FC 2-0 in their opening match at the Athlone Stadium in Cape Town on Sunday.

Meanwhile, coach Gavin Hunt’s Durban City have made it two out of two after they beat Chippa United through Joslin Kamatuka’s late goal at the Chatsworth Stadium.
