A venue for the vacant South African junior-welterweight title fight between Aphiwe Boyiya and Sibusiso Zingange has finally been secured.

TLB Boxing Promotions boss Joyce Kungwane confirmed on Wednesday afternoon that the clash is going to be held at the Sun City Superbowl in Rustenburg, North West, on Saturday, 20 September.

Initially scheduled for the 26th of July, the fight got postponed following the non-availability of its original venue, the Emperors Palace in Kempton Park, Ekurhuleni.

Meanwhile, the SA junior-welterweight title was relinquished by Ntethelelo Nkosi after he decided to chase glory at the WBC Grand Prix in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Already, Nkosi from Mtubatuba in KwaZulu-Natal has advanced to the quarter-finals of the competition after winning the last three rounds.
