Marumo Gallants and Mamelodi Sundowns drew 1-1 in a Betway Premiership match at the Dr Petrus Molemela Stadium in Mangaung in Wednesday evening.
The Brazilians shot to the lead after Iqraam Rayners’ brilliant header sailed past Gallants goalkeeper Washington Arubi in the 28th minute. This was Rayners’ third goal in two matches.
After pressing hard in search of an equaliser, Gallants’ efforts were finally rewarded when Ndabayithethwa Ndlondlo levelled matters in the 36th minute.
