Chippa United’s rich vein of form continued as the Chilli Boys trounced Richards Bay FC 3-0 in a Betway Premiership encounter at the Buffalo City Stadium, KuGompo City, on Saturday evening.
The Chilli Boys led 1-0 at the end of the first half courtesy of a goal from Sirgio Kammies, which he scored in referee’s added time. Playing against his former teammates, Somila Ntsundwana, who had replaced Kammies, netted the Chilli Boys’ second goal in the 67th minute.
Returnee Sinoxolo Kwayiba made it 3-0 in the 79th minute and this was Kwayiba’s third goal since he returned from Orlando Pirates.
Meanwhile, the Chilli Boys, who are based in the Eastern Cape city of Gqeberha have won their last three Betway Premiership matches.
