Lamontville Golden Arrows and Durban City will play against each other in a Banana City derby in the quarter-finals of the Nedbank Cup next month.

The match between the two Durban-based Premiership sides was confirmed during a Nedbank Cup quarter-final draw in Johannesburg on Monday evening. And with that, the match also confirmed  that KwaZulu-Natal will still be represented in the semi-finals of the competition.

On the other hand, AmaZulu will welcome Motsepe Foundation Championship (MFC) side Casric Stars while Sekhukhune United will be home to Milford FC and TS Galaxy face amateur side Jacksa Spears from the Northern Cape.
