The fact that Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila got a 3-0 hiding from
Orlando Pirates on Wednesday evening does not mean they are a weak team.

This is the view of Lamontville Golden Arrows coach Mandla Ncikazi ahead of Abafana Bes’thende’s home match against TTM at the Princess Magogo Stadium, KwaMashu, on Saturday (15h00).

‘‘We are facing a very difficult opponent on Saturday. TTM has a lot of quality players, even the loss against Pirates was because of
individual defensive mistakes, not bad play from their match,’’ Ncikazi said.

Ncikazi does not want to make any mistakes as Abafana Bes’thende will be out to maintain their unbeaten run. Arrows, who are sixth on the Premiership table, have won six and drawn three matches since the
season began in October.

‘‘The biggest mistake that we can make as a team is to take them for granted because of the loss. Adversity can be a unifying factor and strength in team sport,’’ he said.

‘‘We have to be at our best against them to get the points. We are preparing for a tough match, but I’m optimistic that our team will be motivated to win.’’

Abafana Bes’thende will go to Saturday’s match on the back of a 1-0 win over struggling Chippa United last weekend while TTM lost to Pirates and drew 2-2 with Cape Town City in their last two matches.
