That Black Leopards are at the bottom of the DStv Premiership table does not mean that they have not been playing well.
This is what Lidoda Duvha coach Dylan Kerr said ahead of his team’s DStv Premiership match against Orlando Pirates at the Thohoyandou Stadium on Sunday (15h30).
Kerr reckons that they have just been unlucky in his team’s previous games as they created enough chances something which shows that they can play.
However, the former Arcadia left-wing forgets that time is against him and he has to start winning if he wants to escape the guillotine.
‘‘Every game is tough in this league, some are predictable. I look at the last six games I have been in charge. I came into a club with a squad I inherited, players that have been here long, long time. Overall, we have been doing the right things, I would say for 60-65 percent of games,’’ said Kerr.
There will be no room to experiment when Kerr leads his team against the Buccaneers, who beat Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila 3-0 at the Thohoyandou Stadium on Wednesday.
‘‘I heard Pirates coach saying that they should kill teams. In Chiefs and Stellenbosch games we created four-five chances in the first half. We are on the right path,’’ said Kerr.
Lidoda Duvha have only won once this season, drawing three times and losing five matches whereas Pirates are fourth on the Premiership standings with 17 points after winning four games, drawing five and losing once.
