Pretoria Callies have reached the semi-finals of the Nedbank Cup after they beat Cape Town All Stars 5-4 on penalties in a quarter-final match played at the Danie Craven Stadium in Stellenbosch on Sunday afternoon.
The match, which pitted GladAfrica Championship sides against each other, was decided on penalties after the two sides played to a 2-2 draw in two hours of football.
The Romans, who are in their first season in the GladAfrica Championship, have joined Chippa United in the semi-finals. The Chilli Boys beat Richards Bay FC 2-1 in Mdantsane on Saturday.
