Pitso Mosimane has led Egyptian giants Al Ahly to yet another trophy victory after they beat Moroccan side RS Berkane 2-0 in the CAF Super Cup at the Jassim Bin Hammad Stadium in Doha, Qatar, on Friday evening.
Mohamed Sharif found the back of the net in the 57th minute to give the Red Devils the lead. Salah Mohsen put the final nail into the Orange Boys’ coffin when he made 2-0 in the 82nd minute. This is the seventh time the Red Devils lifted the Super Cup.
The Red Devils qualified to play in the Super Cup by virtue of being CAF Champions League winners while Berkane won the Confederation Cup.
