Luzuko Siyo from Duncan Village won the World Boxing Federation (WBF) Intercontinental bantamweight title on Sunday.
The former South African junior-flyweight champion stopped Sanele Magwaza in the 10th round at the Nangoza Jebe Hall, New Brighton, in Gqeberha.
Meanwhile, Gqeberha-based Nozipho Bell reclaimed the SA female junior-lightweight title when she outpointed Ntombokuqala Tolashe from Cape Town in the main supporting bout.
