Chippa United have moved their preseason training camp to Cape Town where they are set to play a number of friendly matches to prepare for the upcoming season.
The Chilli Boys have lined up matches against DStv Premiership sides Cape Town City and Stellenbosch FC as well as GladAfrica Championship clubs Cape Town Spurs and Cape Town All Stars.
Eastern Cape-based Chilli Boys have been training in Gqeberha under the watchful eye of their new coach Gavin Hunt, who joined them earlier this month.
Hunt’s boys are going to open the 2021/22 season with an away clash against newly-promoted Sekhukhune United at the Makhulong Stadium in Tembisa, Ekurhuleni, on Saturday, 21 August.
