South African female swimmers Tatjana Schoenmaker and Kaylene Corbett have reached Friday’s final of the 200-metre breaststroke.
Schoenmaker, who won silver in the 100m breaststroke on Tuesday, won the second semi-final clocking 2:19,33.
On the other hand, the 22-year-old Corbett from Bloemfontein won the first semi-final in 2:22,08 at the Tokyo Aquatics Centre on Thursday morning.
