ProSport International boss Mike Makaab has dismissed reports that SuperSport United midfielder Sipho Mbule has agreed to join Kaizer Chiefs.
Makaab told Gagasi FM that Mbule is still a Matsatsantsa a Pitori player and no other club has signed him.
“Sipho Mbule is contracted to SuperSport United on a long term contract and out of absolute respect honouring football contracts in the right way any team that is interested in his services first and foremost has to agree in transfer terms with SuperSport United. And only then can we as an agency and Sipho’s representatives can step in. I can categorically state that as we sit here now there’s no deal close to be finalised with any football club for Sipho Mbule,” Makaab told Gagasi FM.
It’s been reported in the last 48 hours that the 23-year-old Mbule from Bethlehem had agreed on a deal to join Amakhosi.
