Hugo Broos is upset with the way South African clubs conduct themselves in as far as Bafana Bafana are concerned.

The Bafana Bafana coach believes that there are forces, who are out to sabotage him.

“Yesterday (Monday) I was a frustrated coach because I’m getting the feeling that some people in this country don’t want Bafana Bafana to become a successful team,” Broos said.

The former Cameroon national team coach said that he tried to organise a meeting with local coaches, but his request was turned down.

“Then there was an incident with Orlando Pirates where we and my assistants were not allowed to see the game,” the Belgian said.

“Yesterday (Monday) Sundowns organised vaccination for Thabiso Kutumela. I have nothing against the vaccination because it’s a good thing if you are vaccinated, but they organised the vaccination during the camp. Thabiso was not here yesterday because he couldn’t refuse it because the club pays him. Because he was not here I had to change my whole programme yesterday morning.”

Meanwhile, the 69-year-old Belgian is still unhappy after Pirates midfielder Goodman Mosele snubbed a Bafana Bafana call-up.

“Then something that I have never seen in my life, a player who doesn’t come to the camp. Goodman Mosele was selected for this camp. He didn’t even come to the camp, he didn’t leave a message, he’s unreachable, we tried his phone. A big surprise to me that a player doesn’t come to camp of the national team. I have a feeling a little bit that club level in this country is more important than Bafana Bafana,” Broos said.
