Defender Zitha Kwinika is returning to Kaizer Chiefs after more than six years since he left Amakhosi.
Kwinika walked away with the Players’ Player of the Season and Footballer of the Season awards at the Stellenbosch FC awards ceremony on Tuesday evening.
“It’s an honour for me to receive this award and it’s special because it’s chosen by my mates. It says what they think of me and it means that I’ve created impact in their lives on and off the pitch. I’m really honoured,” Kwinika said.
The 28-year-old Kwinika, who was born in Braamfischerville, Soweto, played for Bidvest Wits before joining Stellies.
