The Springboks have broken a nine-year winless streak in Australia defeating the Wallabies 24-8 in a Rugby Championship match in Sydney on Saturday.

This was a welcome win for the Boks, who lost to the Wallabies last weekend. The last time the Boks won in Australia was a 34-12 victory over the Wallabies at Suncorp in 2013.

The Boks scored four tries to the Wallabies’ one. Canan Moodie scored a try on debut with the other tries coming from Damien de Allende, Franco Mostert and Makazole Mapimpi while Pete Samu crossed the try line for the Wallabies.
