England have set up a FIFA World Cup quarter-finals clash against France following their comprehensive 3-0 beating of Senegal in a last-16 match at the Al Bayt pStadium in Al Khor on Sunday evening.

Jordan Henderson, Harry Kane and Bukayo Saka registered their names on the scoresheet to help the Three Lions make the Teranga Lions look like pussycats.

Henderson broke the deadlock six minutes from half-time after he received a pass from Jude Bellingham. The Three Lions doubled the lead through their captain Harry Kane from a Phil Foden assist on the stroke of half-time.

Arsenal’s Saka put the final nail on the reigning African champions’ coffin when he added the third goal after yet another Foden assist in the 57th minute.
