Amajimbos have reached the quarter-finals of the Africa Cup of Nations Under-17s tournament currently underway in Algeria after they went through as the best third-placed team.
Amajimbos’ passage to the last eight of the tournament became possible following Burkina Faso’s 2-1 win over Cameroon on Sunday evening.
Coach Duncan Crowie’s boys are now going to play against Senegal at the Nelson Mandela Stadium in Algiers at 18h00 on Wednesday.
