The Proteas registered yet another big win as they beat Bangladesh by 149 runs in a 2023 Cricket World Cup match in Mumbai, India, on Wednesday.
Wicketkeeper Quinton de Kock put up a man-of-the-match performance knocking 174 runs from 140 deliveries as the Proteas posted 382 for five in 50 overs.
De Kock was ably assisted by in-form Heinrich Klaasen, who knocked 90 runs after facing 49 deliveries.
Chasing 383 runs to win, Bangladesh were bowled out for 233 in 46,4 overs with Gerald Coetzee taking three wickets while Marco Jansen and Kagiso Rabada claimed two wickets each.
