Tanzanian boxers Halid Kalama Ally and Emmanuel Amos Stephanos have arrived in the Eastern Cape ahead of their fights in Komani on Sunday.
Kalama is set to face off against reigning South African minimumweight champion Siyakholwa Kuse in a vacant African Boxing Union (ABU) mini-flyweight title contest in the main bout at the Thobi Kula Indoor Sport Centre.
On the other hand, Amos has a date with former SA featherweight titlist and one-time world title contender Azinga ‘Golden Boy’ Fuzile in an international junior-lightweight bout.
The boxers are scheduled to go for a pre-fight medical check-up at the Department of Sport, Recreation, Arts and Culture (DSRAC) offices in East London on Wednesday morning.
