Erstwhile South African featherweight champion Azinga ‘Golden Boy’ Fuzile showed the crowd why he was once touted as the next big thing in the country’s boxing as he put up a polished performance against Tanzanian Emmanuel Amos Stephano at the Whittlesea Multipurpose Hall in Sada on Sunday evening.

The 27-year-old southpaw went straight to his opponent from the first bell and never stopped landing telling blows, which the Tanzanian absorbed even though he was not fighting back.

Boxing followers who converged at the venue loved what they saw from Fuzile as he landed big blow after big blow. Seeing that Amos was in big trouble, fight referee Allen Matakane was forced to stop the proceedings in the fourth round.
