The South African Institute for Drug-Free Sport (SAIDS) announced on Thursday that Springbok flyhalf Elton Jantjies had been banned for four years after he tested positive for a banned substance.
The 33-year-old Jantjies from Middleburg Cape tested positive for Clenbuterol, a banned substance, in June last year. The 2010 SARU Young Player of the Year and SA Under-20 Player of the Year awards winner played 46 times for the Springboks.
