Cape Town City announced the addition of former Mamelodi Sundowns and Raja Club Athletic midfielder Haashim Domingo to their squad on Monday morning.
Domingo, who turns 29 in August, left Raja earlier this year due to payment problems having joined them from the Brazilians in July.
And the Cape Town-born Domingo took the Botola League champions to FIFA following a pay dispute in April this year.
