Mamelodi Sundowns mentor Miguel Cardoso walked away with the Coach of the Month award for January and February on Wednesday morning.
The 53-year-old coach from Portugal won the award after he led the Tshwane giants to four wins over Sekhukhune United, AmaZulu, Orlando Pirates and Orbit College. Cardoso beat Orlando Pirates coach Abdeslam Ouaddou and Stellenbosch FC’s Gavin Hunt to the award.
Meanwhile, Pirates midfielder Relebohile Mofokeng won the Player of the Month award for January and February after being involved in six goals. He scored three goals and also had three assists.
On the other hand, the Goal of the Month award was won by Kaizer Chiefs forward Glody Lilepo from the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) for his long-range strike against Marumo Gallants.
