Swallows FC coach Musa Nyatama has been announced as the winner of the DStv Premiership Coach of the Month award for May after he collected nine points from three wins.
The former Swallows and Orlando Pirates midfielder led the Dube Birds to wins over Kaizer Chiefs, Royal AM and relegated Marumo Gallants. The 35-year-old Nyatama beat Cape Town City mentor Eric Tinkler and Pirates coach Jose Riveiro to the award.
Meanwhile, Citizens striker Khanyisa Mayo walked away with the Player of the Month award beating Swallows’ Lindokuhle Mtshali, Edwin Gyimah from Sekhukhune United and Pirates’ Monnapule Saleng to win the gong.
