Bafana Bafana coach Hugo Broos will on Thursday announce his final squad for thIs month’s Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Morocco.

This AFCON qualifier is going to be played at the FNB Stadium in Nasrec, Johannesburg, on Saturday, 17 June. Both Bafana and the Atlas Lions have qualified for the AFCON finals. 

Last month, Broos announced a 34-member preliminary squad dominated by Mamelodi Sundowns. Championship-winning Sundowns players who are in Broos’ preliminary squad are Ronwen Williams, Thapelo Morena, Grant Kekana, Khuliso Mudau, Mothobi Mvala, Teboho Mokoena, Sphelele Mkhulise, Themba Zwane and Cassius Mailula. 

The former Indomitable Lions coach is going to trim his squad to 23 players. Already, the players are in camp in Johannesburg.
