Amajita are on their way home after they were knocked out of of the FIFA Under-20 World Cup following a 3-1 beating by Colombia at the Estadio Fiscal in Chile on Wednesday evening.
The Colombians advanced to the quarter-finals of the tournament with goals from Joel Canchimbo and Neiser Villarreal’s brace while Mfundo Vilakazi scored Amajita’s solitary goal.
Coach Raymond Mdaka’s boys had reached the last-16 of the tournament held in South America after they finished second behind the United States of America (USA) in Group E.
