It will be more than two years since his last fight in Durban when Prince Dlomo returns to the Portuguese Hall for a clash against Phumelele Ngcobo on Saturday, 28 February.

The last time Dlomo fought in Durban, he suffered a ninth round stoppage loss to Ntethelelo Nkosi and lost his South African junior-welterweight title in the process.

Having lost four of his last five fights with the most recent loss being against Kutlwano Ogaketse at the Grand Palm Hotel in Gaborone, Botswana, in October, Dlomo will be looking for redemption as he faces Ngcobo, who is yet to lose having won all his four professional fights with half of those wins being stoppages.

Ngcobo will go to the Dlomo fight on the back of a win over Khumbulani Mdletshe at the Eshowe Town Hall in KwaZulu-Natal last October.

Meanwhile, Tholumusa Ngema and Sthembiso Maduna will be vying to win the vacant KwaZulu-Natal featherweight title as they will face off against each other in the main bout.
