Coach Mandla Ncikazi’s brilliant job at Lamontville Golden Arrows has resulted in Abafana Bes’thende winning the DStv Premiership Q-Innovation Quarter Two.
Ncikazi’s team walked away as winners of the seven-match Quarter Two after they collected 16 points having won five matches, drawn once and lost once. They only lost to Cape Town City this season.
Log-leaders Mamelodi Sundowns finished with 15 points while SuperSport United, AmaZulu and Orlando Pirates came third, fourth and fifth respectively with 12 points each.
Abafana Bes’thende are fourth on the Premiership standings with 28 points from 15 matches.
