Struggling Black Leopards held log-leaders Mamelodi Sundowns to a 1-1 draw in a DStv Premiership match played at the Loftus Versfeld Stadium in Pretoria on Sunday evening.
Sundowns defender Mosa Lebusa found the back of the net for the Brazilians in the 10th minute and it looked like the Tshwane giants were going to add more goals against the struggling Limpopo side. However, it was never to be as Lidoda Duvha equalised through Roderick Kabwe in the 80th minute.
The draw means that the Brazilians are still unbeaten this season with their impressive streak having gone 18 matches with 11 wins and seven draws. Sundowns have since reached 40 points with 12 matches to go before they wrap up their season. On the other hand, Leopards are still rooted at the bottom of the Premiership standings with 13 points from 20 matches.
