John ‘Section 29’ Bopape proved that last year’s win over Nkululeko ‘Bulldog’ Mhlongo in Durban was no fluke as he stopped him at the Mangaung Indoor Sport Centre in Bloemfontein during the early hours of Saturday.

As a result of the win, Bopape from Alexandra in Johannesburg is now the new South African middleweight champion after he stopped Mhlongo in the 11th round.
