The company representing former Al Ahly coach Pitso Mosimane’s business affairs has insisted that he has not signed with any club.
Mosimane together with his assistants Kabelo Rangoaga and Musi Matlaba left the Egyptian giants on Monday and have been linked with a number of clubs since then.
“Coach Pitso and his technical team have not signed with a new team. The coaches will be heading back to South Africa in due course. Since the parting of ways with the former club, we have received a number of enquiries from various teams internationally and locally including national teams. We have not committed the coaches to any team as yet,” a statement from MT Sports Marketing and Management said on Tuesday.
Mosimane left Al Ahly after being with them for 20 months winning two CAF Champions League trophies, the CAF Super Cup twice and the Egyptian Cup. He also won two bronze medals at the Club World Cup.
