Vastly-talented Duncan Village boxer Azinga ‘Golden Boy’ Fuzile is just waiting to climb into the ring and show boxing followers what he can do, says his trainer Mzamo ‘Chief’ Njekanye.

The former South African featherweight champion is going to make his lightweight debut when he clashes with Ghanaian opponent Ishmael Aryeetey at the Orient Theatre in East London on Sunday.

“We have been working very hard and are now ready for the fight. Azinga can’t wait to show people what he can do,” Njekanye said.

The 25-year-old Fuzile will be out to appease his home fans as he’s going to fight for the first time in East London since his eighth round stoppage loss to Tajikistan boxer Shavkatdzhon Rakhimov in September 2019.

It’s also going to be Fuzile’s first fight since to losing an International Boxing Federation (IBF) junior-lightweight title contest to former champion Kenichi Ogawa from Japan in the United States in November last year.
