A World Boxing Organisation (WBO) Intercontinental junior-featherweight title will also be at stake when Zolani ‘Last Born’ Tete faces Jason Cunningham at the Ovo Arena in Wembley, London, on Saturday evening.

Tete left South Africa last weekend knowing that he was going to fight for Cunningham’s IBF International and Commonwealth junior-featherweight titles. However, things have changed now that the WBO Intercontinental title has been added in the mix.

A win for Tete, a former IBF junior-bantamweight and WBO bantamweight titlist, will see him returning home with three belts next week.

Also Queensberry Promotions boss Frank Warren has said that the winner of this bout stands a chance to challenge World Boxing Association (WBA) ‘Super’ and IBF junior-featherweight champion Murudjon Akhmadaliev from Uzbekistan.
