Sekhukhune United and Mamelodi Sundowns earned a point each after they drew 1-1 in a DStv Premiership match at the Peter Mokaba Stadium in Polokwane on Saturday afternoon.
The defending champions started the match with patient build-ups and their patience paid off towards the of the first half.
Peter Shalulile put the Brazilians in front when he netted off Gaston Sirino’s cross in the 45th minute. This was the Namibian international’s third goal of the season.
Straight after the restart signalling the beginning of the second half, Babina Noko captain Linda Mntambo struck to make it 1-1 in the 46th minute following a pass from Tshegofatso Mabasa.
