Cape Winelands side Stellenbosch FC announced on Thursday that their coach Steve Barker had extended his stay at the club.
The 54-year-old former AmaZulu and University of Pretoria coach will remain at Stellies until 2026. Lesotho-born Barker has done well with Stellies in the past few seasons.
Currently, Stellies are sixth on the Premiership table with 13 points from three wins, four draws and two losses.
Meanwhile, Stellies welcome Kaizer Chiefs in a DStv Premiership encounter at the Cape Town Stadium on Sunday.
