On the other hand, Royal AM are going to play against TP Mazembe from the Democratic Republic of Congo.
Limpopo side Marumo Gallants have to negotiate their way past Libyan club Al Ahli Tripoli if they want to go further in the competition.
First leg matches are going to be played on Wednesday, 2 November and the return legs seven days later. The winners over the two legs will advance to the group stages of the competition.
