Etiosa Ighodaro is looking at a Chippa United win when the Chilli Boys host Maritzburg United in a DStv Premiership match at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium is Gqeberha.

The Nigerian-born forward is expected to lead the Chilli Boys attack against the Team of Choice as they look to bag three points.

“For the last two games we didn’t lose, but we didn’t get the maximum points we wanted. We are looking forward to a three points victory against Maritzburg,” Ighodaro said.

The 24-year-old Ighodaro, who has netted six times this season, has scored twice for the Chilli Boys in their last two matches.

“We are scoring. Going forward, the coach says we must keep a clean sheet. If we keep a clean sheet, we are gonna win games,” Ighodaro remarked.

“I’m not at my peak yet. I know what I’m capable of. This is my first season. I can do more. I want two figures.”

Currently, the Chilli Boys are 10th on the Premiership standings with 21 points after winning five times, drawing six games and losing seven. On the other hand, 12th-placed Team of Choice have won five games, drawn five and lost seven matches.
