Struggling Swallows FC received some good news on Friday after world football governing body FIFA lifted its ban on registering new players.
“The outstanding matter with FIFA has been resolved. The ban is lifted, players that were affected by the ban will now be registered,” a Swallows statement said.
FIFA banned the Dube Birds for two years provided they made a full payment to the club’s two former players Vladimir Mandic and Obren Cuckovic, who were owed monies.
