Tanzanian side Young Africans are through to the final of the CAF Confederation Cup after they beat Marumo Gallants 4-1 on aggregate.
The Tanzanians defeated Gallants 2-1 in a second leg match played at the Royal Bafokeng Sports Palace in Phokeng, Rustenburg, on Wednesday evening.
Having beaten Gallants 2-0 in the first leg away last week, Africans scored through Fiston Mayele on the stroke of half-time and Kennedy Musonda in the 62nd minute with Ranga Chivaviro netting the Limpopo side’s consolation goal following a pass from Lucky Mohomi in referee’s added time. That was Chivaviro’s sixth goal of the campaign.
