Egyptian giants Al Ahly have stormed into the final of the CAF Champions League following a 4-0 aggregate win over Tunisian club Espérance.
After thrashing the Tunisians 3-0 in the first leg played in Tunis last weekend, the Red Devils won 1-0 through Hussein El Shahat’s goal in the second leg match held at the Cairo International Stadium in Egypt on Friday evening.
The Red Devils are now going to play the winner between Mamelodi Sundowns and Wydad Athletic Club. The two sides, who drew goalless in the first leg last weekend, meet at Loftus Versfeld in Pretoria on Saturday afternoon.
