The recycling of coaches continued as Morgan Mammila has returned to Eastern Cape-based Premier Division side Chippa United as their head coach.
The Chilli Boys announced on Tuesday afternoon that they had appointed Mammila as their new coach for the 2023/24 season.
Mammila, a former Baroka FC chief executive officer, returns to the Chilli Boys almost four months after he was fired for failing to produce results. He rejoins the Gqeberha side from Swallows FC where he was their technical director.
Meanwhile, the Gqeberha side’s loyal servant Siyabulela Gwambi has been retained as the Chilli Boys’ first assistant coach.
