Soweto giants Orlando Pirates confirmed the signing of four players on Tuesday evening as they are preparing for the upcoming 2023/24 season and the CAF Champions League.
The Buccaneers added Siphelo Baloni, Katlego Otladisa, Melusi Buthelezi and Patrick Maswanganyito their squad. Baloni joined Pirates from Motsepe Foundation Championship (MFC) side All Stars, Otladisa was signed from relegated Marumo Gallants, Buthelezi is a former TS Galaxy goalkeeper and Maswanganyi was recruited from SuperSport United.
Meanwhile, Pirates also confirmed the departure of Ndumiso Mabena, Ntsako Makhubela, Craig Martin, Nkanyiso Zungu and Kopano Thuntsane.
The 29-year-old Martin, formerly with Cape Town City, joined Chippa United on a two-year contract on Tuesday.
