Kroonstad-born South African champion Matshidiso Mokatsane returns to action after almost a year since she last laced her gloves in an official fight.
The national female junior-featherweight champion clashes with Cicilia Pitisani from Zimbabwe in an international bout at the Thabo Vuyo High School in Rouxville, Xhariep District, southern Free State, on Saturday afternoon.
Mokatsane last fought when she drew with Monalisa Takane during an SA title fight at the Feathermarket Theatre in Gqeberha, Eastern Cape, in October.
Meanwhile, Jackson Kaptein will fight against Congolese boxer Giresse Wingui in the main supporting bout in a tournament, which is going to be promoted by Lebo Mahoko’s Dream Team Promotions.
