Orlando Pirates cruised to a 3-0 win over Djabal Club d’Iconi from Comoros in a CAF Champions League preliminary round second leg match at the Orlando Stadium in Soweto on Friday evening.
In-form Pirates forward Zakhele Lepasa scored a brace with the other goal coming from Patrick Maswanganyi.
The Buccaneers went into the half-time break leading 1-0 following Lepasa’s goal in the 24th minute. Maswanganyi made it 2-0 in the 58th minute and five minutes later, Lepasa completed his brace.
The Buccaneers won 4-0 on aggregate after they defeated Djabal 1-0 away in the first leg last weekend.
